In addition to sourcing food for distribution, The Food Bank and Cambridge Self-Help Food Bank work together to:

Work directly with community programs and agency partners to identify current community food needs.

Work with corporate, community and food industry partners to acquire food and funds.

Volunteers at The Food Bank and Cambridge Self-Help Food Bank, sort all perishable and non-perishable food donations and prepare them for distribution.

Transport food donations to 100+ community programs and agency partners to be used in emergency hampers, community centres and outreach, community meals and shelter and residential services.
